Family-owned Nichelini Winery is located in the Chiles Valley District of Napa Valley. It is the oldest winery in Napa to remain in the same family's hands since its founding, by Italian-Swiss winemaker Anton Nichelini in 1890. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and during 2015 will celebrate its 125th consecutive harvest.
Nichelini annually produces about 2500 cases, made by current head winemaker Aimée Sunseri, who is the seventh family winemaker in succession. Its award winning wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle (formerly titled Sauvignon Vert), among others.
