I operate as a neutral advocate for the homeowner. Because I do not personally perform repairs or maintenance, my reporting is 100% unbiased. I take a proactive approach of weekly/monthly in depth home health checks from checking window seals, to potential gas leaks, HVAC malfunctions, and oversight of high value assets. My only job is to protect the asset and ensure that your standards are being met by every third-party contractor on-site. Whether I am overseeing a long-term rental or preserving a private estate, I ensure the property remains in a state of constant readiness.
