Debuting in 1983, Dominus is the proprietary red wine that reflects its unique Napa terroir while portraying the spirit and style of a great Bordeaux. Renowned for its complexity and earthy character, Dominus expresses a classic elegance and will gracefully mature in years to come. In 1996, the estate released Napanook, a lighter wine with subtle tannins that is easy to drink in its youth. The source for Dominus and Napanook wines is the historic Napanook Vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in Napa Valley which has been in production since the mid- 19th century.
