    Since it was founded as Hospice of Napa Valley in 1979, Collabria Care has become a leading center for community-based care and resources in the North Bay, for those facing transitions of aging, Alzheimer’s disease and other serious illness, or the end of life.

    Since then, we have grown into a vibrant non-profit organization with more than 110 employees and 185 volunteers serving Napa County. Our award-winning programs are created to respond to the current needs of our community, and additional programs are designed with a look towards the future needs of our aging population.

    Easy access from Highway 29: Northbound or southbound take Imola Avenue exit. Drive East for about 3 blocks and turn left on South Jefferson St at the Chevron station. We're 500 ft up on the right.
