Business Description: Charles Krug Winery is Napa Valley's oldest winery, founded in 1861 and owned by the Peter Mondavi Family for three generations. By harvest of 2007, seven of our 11 vineyards will be certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers association. Fish Friendly Farming practices on our vineyards bordering the Napa River help to ensure the health of the river and its fauna and flora. Our winery is open to the public from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm daily. Daily Tastings are $10 and Reserve Tastings $20. We offer a variety of current releases with an emphasis on Bordeaux reds and our signature style Sauvignon Blanc.
