This is an educational seminar geared toward helping local business owners complete some very important, simple tasks that will instantly improve their business presence online. 

Material to be covered:

1. How To Claim Your Most Important Online Profiles

• Google+ / Maps / Business Listing
• Facebook
• Yelp
• Bing and Yahoo's Local Search Listings

• Title Tag Length and Composition [and how to change these on several types of websites]
• NAP [Name, Address and Phone Number - the presence and consistency of which are the holy grail of local search results]
• Linking to social media profiles, and ensuring you are creating "backlinks" from your preexisting online listings

• Stragies for generating more positive reviews on sites like Yelp
• A rundown of the process for logging into your Yelp Busines profile and responding to existing reviews

• Are you focusing your online marketing efforts in the right places? I'm going to help you answer that question.
• Any other specific questions that may arrise.

This will be a small group session with an emphasis on walking individual business owners through these processes.

Please bring your laptop (or at the very least, a pen and paper) and be prepared to tackle some tasks DURING the presentation. 

One person will be selected to be on the "hot seat" where I'll work through these tasks for you live as part of the presentation.
