Mid-Year Employment Update and Minimum Wage
 
Employment law develops all year in California!  This seminar discusses recent developments in employment laws affecting California employers mid-year, including proposed legislation, regulations, and current enforcement policy.  We will also discuss the July 1 minimum wage hike and hidden effects it might have on salaried employees, meal and rest breaks, employees working more than one shift, travel time, and other situations.  As always, there will be time to discuss these developments and other issues facing local employers.
